Hi,
With all this selling and buying, have you considered buying UOB Kayhian or Kim Eng?
Whether market goes up or down, as long as the volume is huge, they will make money.
I just entered a trade on UOB Kayhian yesterday at 1.87. THis is with my CPF money which I managed to double this year, making the return better than my cash account.
Easy to double as the CPF account is only about 16K at the start and I buy only a stock at a time with that account.

hmm..not a bad idea. :)
Anyway, I am holding FJBen in my CPF at the moment. Same as you, I only hold one stock at anytime with CPF as the amount investable in my CPF is less than 10k.
Oh well, I hope FJBen could go up some more so I could switch to what you suggested.
