Hi,

Your returns last week was great! With your RFT, your broker must love you! ;-)

Looks like we have a trade that is common among us - ASL Marine. I entered at 1.75 this morning, also 20 lots.

ASL has done really well for me. I started investing in this stock at 0.75 last year August.

Sold it off during the March correction and now use it for short term trading. Has bought and sold successfully for 8-10% gain about 4 times ;-)

As usual, I wish you all the best for trading success.

Is there a particular software you are using to alert you to a good trade?

Hi bud,

ASL sold off at $1.79. It is rather slow so I choose to be on the safe side. :)

Currently I am using Nextview for the live prices, how about you? Metastock?

Oh yah, your UOB Kayhian is fantastic. :)

Hi,

UOB Kayhian did really well for me the past few weeks. Just between yesterday and today, I made $500 after fees from contra ;-)

I have 80% of my money tied up in short medium term trading and the other 20% on short term trading.

So far, both are on almost on par. I have doubled my money on my short term account and made about 95% on my longer terms ones. So I guess I am O with both methods.

When I trade short term, it is usually only 1 stock at a time with fundamental research already done coupled with technical charting -support/resistance.

As I may be out 2-3 days out of the trading week for my volunteer work, I just use my broker UOB Kayhian website and Shareinvestor to track my stocks.

Is NextView a good software to use?

Millionairemind

Hi bud,

Doubling your short term and long term account in 6 mths! I really must SALUTE you. :) Given the fact that your initial capital is not small.

Hmm, Nextview is more for traders like me that need to look at live prices. Well, for you, i believe using Shareinvestor or Kayhian will be more than enough.

Good luck in your trading and holdings.
