Performance 2th - 6th July 2007
Net +$7300. Quite happy with the performance although it can be a lot better. Anyway, there is still a lot for me to learn. :)
The main page of the Sunday Times today flashes the huge word "Check property prices to stay competitive" and the amount of overseas property investment advertisements are getting very common now. I saw this advertisment on Vision Crest Condo and thought that I saw wrongly. Prices are well above 2500 psf. A 1000 square feet will cost a whopping $2.5 mil!!!
I still remember vividly that people rushes to buy overseas property especially Malaysia's houses when the property here got too expensive during the last property boom. A Tiong Bahru flat can cost 720k now. Everything looks so familiar, yah?? :)
You will not believe it until it happens. When it happens, will it be too late?
